Tadelakt
Tadelakt is a Moroccan plaster technique that has high strength and water resistance. Tadelakt is a bright, nearly waterproof lime plaster, which can be used on the inside of a building as well as on the outside. In Morocco this lime material is used for floors, bathtubs, showers, tabletops, particularly in hamams.
Its traditional application includes polishing with a river stone which resulting with a compact shiny surface. Tadelakt has a luxurious, soft aspect with undulations due to the work of the artisans who place their final touch on it.
It is only in the Marrakech region where natural lime resources are found.
Recently in the market, only a few companies in France and Italy have started to produce artificial Tadelakt.
We offer you both.
Our most impressive Tadelakt work in the UAE was made in The Presidential Palace.
